Guess who’s back in town? Our friend, Kris Kringle! He’s all set to spread some holiday cheer at the annual Santa Days event at Hollywood Storage Center of Thousand Oaks. We can’t wait to see the jolly old elf, our friends, neighbors, and their cute fluffy pets! Join us in front of the main office where you can get a free pic with Santa, play fun holiday games, and munch on yummy treats. If you’re lucky, you might just see a little bit of snow fall!

Santa Days will be held over two weekends in December: Saturday, Dec. 9 and Sunday, Dec. 10, and again the following weekend on Dec. 16 and 17. From 10 am to 4 pm each day.

Here are all the merry activities guests can look forward to during their visit:

 

Get ready to strike a pose with none other than Santa himself. He can’t wait to hear what your kiddos are hoping to find under the tree this year. And don’t forget about your furry friends – Santa loves to snap pics with adorable cats and dogs too!

 

After you’ve had your photo op, try your hand at some festive games like Reindeer Ring Toss and Holiday Bowling. Who knows, you might just snag the title of ‘Christmas Champion’! If you’re more into artsy stuff, you’ll love our coloring station. You can color in pictures of our Hollywood Storage Center mascots, the Boxwell Family.

 

Now, keep your eyes peeled towards the sky. Santa’s pulled some strings and arranged for a White Christmas! Our elves at the North Pole weather station tell us it’ll snow every 20 minutes. But here’s a secret: if a group of kids sing “Let It Snow” with all their hearts, it might make the snowflakes fall even sooner. You won’t want to miss this magical sight!

In the spirit of giving, we’re calling on our guests to bring an unwrapped gift for our annual toy drive, in partnership with Play Conejo, the kind-hearted folks from the Conejo Recreation and Park District. While bringing a toy is not required for participation to the event, we hope you’ll consider it. The gifts can be for children of any age, from one-month-old to 17-years-old. After our last Santa Day, Play Conejo will give these toys to local families who need them. It’s a great chance to spread some holiday cheer in our wonderful community.
